A partnership has sold a nearly 900-square-foot commercial building in the Gloucester County city of Woodbury, in a newly announced deal by Vantage Commercial.
Brokers with the firm represented the sellers, Anthony and Tom Bellia, in the transaction at 1055-1065 North Broad St. The buyer’s name and the price were undisclosed, although Vantage Commercial noted that the Woodbury commercial market has remained active in the last quarter of 2024, indicating confidence in market conditions.

Ceroli worked alongside Ken Richardson, a vice president and partner with the firm, to complete the sale of the 855-square-foot property.
