Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate has taken more than 1,400 square feet at a Ringwood retail property, according to a brokerage team with Azarian Realty Co.
The tenant, a residential real estate agency, will join the Fieldstone Park Shopping Center at 130 Skyline Drive alongside The Fresh Grocer, Subway, Dairy Queen and others. It’s set to occupy 1,440 square feet at the one-story property, leaving vacancies ranging from 840 to 20,000 square feet, at a site that’s less than five miles from Interstate 287.
Kevin Pelio of Azarian Realty, the center’s leasing and property management agent, represented both parties.
