The U.S. military has leased 2,500 square feet at a Marlton shopping center, where it plans to open a new recruiting office for the Marine Corps.
Brokers with Vantage Real Estate Services represented both the landlord, RPC Real Estate, and the lessee, a branch of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, in the long-term commitment at 140-150 Route 73 North. The new recruiting center, located within the Plaza 73 Shops, is accessible from Route 70, Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
Vantage RES Executive Vice President Monica Walsh completed the assignment for the firm, which is based in Marlton. She worked closely with Alisa M. Pittman, supervisory realty specialist of the Metro New York and New Jersey team acquisition branch of the Army Corps’ New York District, to locate and secure a space that fulfilled the military’s specific layout, accessibility and location needs.
