An investor has acquired a nearly 20,500-square-foot shopping center in Gloucester County, under a newly announced transaction by Vantage Real Estate Services.
The commercial real estate firm represented the seller, 1000 Gateway Plaza LLC, in the transaction at 1000 Gateway Blvd. in West Deptford. A&A Gateway LLC acquired the 20,496-square-foot property for an undisclosed price.
Vantage RES Sales Associate Aran Ploshansky brokered the transaction.

We have the capabilities to handle complex and challenging transactions. This sale (of Gateway Plaza) was a challenging project, but we achieved the results we were hired for.”
In a news release, Vantage RES said the center is home to tenants including Family Dollar, Iacofano Catering and Rhythm & Dance Studio. The property sits on a heavily trafficked section of Gateway Boulevard and is just off Interstate 295.
