NAI James E. Hanson has expanded its New Jersey office leasing team with the hiring of a longtime broker in the space, the Teterboro-based firm announced.
Susan Mason joins the company as a senior vice president, bringing more than 25 years of industry experience in office lease negotiations and marketing, along with a background in tenant construction and property management. She most recently was a Parsippany-based executive vice president with JLL, specializing in agency representation and spearheading leasing and marketing for some of the state’s largest office portfolios.

Mason is also a former leasing director with CBRE, having held other positions such as portfolio manager with Lincoln Property Co., assistant vice president with Aegon USA and leasing representative and property manager with Troast Group, according to a news release. Throughout her career, she has represented both private owners and developers as well as institutional investors for a range of firms.
