Sheldon Gross Realty has named a new vice president for multifamily investment sales and redevelopment, the West Orange-based firm announced.

In her new role, Sheneeza Ali specializes in the sale of apartment buildings and investment properties, including ground-up and redevelopment projects, according to a news release. She joins Sheldon Gross Realty from Lee & Associates New Jersey, bringing nearly two decades of real estate experience, including 11 focused on commercial real estate sales.
The Hoboken native has clients ranging from private individuals to major corporations, with a business that covers all of northern and central New Jersey.
“We’re always eager to bring talent and experience to our agency, and Sheneeza provides us with both,” Sheldon Gross Realty President Marcy Gross said. “I expect she’ll be a valuable asset to our entire sales team, and someone our clients will enjoy working with.”
Ali holds a bachelor’s in computer science and management information systems from Saint Peter’s University in Jersey City and a master’s in education from New Jersey City University, the news release said. She is a member of both the New York metro and Pennsylvania/New Jersey/Delaware chapters of the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute and is a candidate for the CCIM commercial real estate designation, with a targeted 2023 completion date.
