A technology firm has leased 7,500 square feet of office and research space in downtown Hoboken, in one of several newly announced deals by Equity Real Estate Brokerage LLC.
The business, Quantum Computing Inc., is among two new tenants at 5 Marine View Plaza that were represented by the Paramus-based firm. Also recently taking space is Glugeth & Pierguidi PC, a personal injury law firm, which will occupy 1,400 square feet.
Equity’s Steven Muller represented both occupiers, while Newmark’s Todd Ward and Jeff Scholtz represented ownership.
Muller also announced several other deals, including a 1,500-square-foot lease at 139 Harristown Road in Glen Rock by Life Tech, a home care company. He represented the tenant, while Ryan Mcnerney of Realty Associates represented ownership.
In Clark, Muller represented Kumon Learning Center in a 1,200-square-foot commitment at an undisclosed location, while Jeffery Realty’s Joe Hydro represented ownership. The Equity broker also represented Osteoporosis Rehab in a new five-year, 1,500-square-foot lease at 59-67 East Ridgewood Ave. in Ridgewood, while The Goldstein Group’s Roy Paret, CJ Hunter and Lew Finklestein represented the landlord.
