NAI James E. Hanson has promoted one of its longtime industrial brokers.
The real estate services firm, which is based in Hackensack, said this week that Russell J. Verducci is now a vice president. In announcing the promotion, the firm touted his contributions to its success since he joined in 2005.
Verducci has specialized in industrial transactions in northern New Jersey, with a focus on logistics, site selection and cold storage, NAI Hanson said. Over the past year alone, he has completed deals including three industrial leases of 130,963 square feet, 95,643 square feet and 45,408 square-feet at 629 Grove St. in Jersey City, along with a 119,268-square-foot industrial sublease in Newark.
“Russ’ results speak for themselves as he has quickly become one of the state’s most trusted commercial real estate brokers by dozens of high-profile companies,” said William C. Hanson, president of NAI James E. Hanson. “Russ has an exceptional aptitude for developing relationships with his clients and leveraging his wide-ranging experience and knowledge on their behalf in every real estate transaction.
“This much-deserved promotion speaks to Russ’ continued excellence and success and the important long-term role he will play on the NAI James E. Hanson team.”
Verducci has also worked on behalf of several well-known companies in the refrigerated warehousing sector, including HelloFresh, Farmland Dairies and W.B. Law Coffee, among many others, on real estate transactions in the market.
The University of Delaware graduate also serves as a commissioner on the Jersey City Board of Redevelopment, the largest and oldest redevelopment agency in New Jersey, according to a news release. He is an active member of the Industrial & Office Real Estate Brokers Association, the International Association of Refrigerated Warehouses, the National Association of Realtors and several other organizations.
