A new restaurant is coming to a former Panera space at a Burlington County shopping center, under a deal arranged by Vantage Commercial.
Brokers with the firm represented the operator, ANISE Vietnamese Cuisine, in the transaction at Millside Plaza at 4004 Route 130 North in Delran. The eatery is taking an undisclosed amount of space at the Target-anchored property, which sits along a busy, highly visible stretch of the highway and draws from several dense commercial and residential neighborhoods.
Vantage Commercial Adviser Mike Gries and Director of Client Services Corinne Giletto completed the assignment.
“We, at ANISE Vietnamese Cuisine, are extremely excited,” said Huy Nguyen, the business’ proprietor. “We view Mike and Corinne more as partners in this process who brought knowledge about the local market, hastiness when required, and most importantly, the ability to close deals. Their skillset is what enabled our team to secure favorable terms that is the foundation for our reimagination of modern Vietnamese cuisine here in South Jersey.”
Giletto, meantime, said she drew on her experience in the restaurant industry to help facilitate the deal.
“I was happy I could be there to help guide the ANISE group throughout the process,” Giletto said. “Mike and I look forward not only to this launch, but also to the prospect of working with them again as they continue their expansion.”
