Vision Properties has added to its executive team with a key promotion in its Northeast division.
The real estate owner and operator, which has a regional office in Parsippany, announced last week that it has elevated David Milewski to its Northeast vice president. He has been a member of the Vision team since 2016 and has served as a senior asset manager for many of its properties in the region, having joined the firm after graduating from Rutgers University.
“We are pleased to announce David’s promotion to Northeast VP as he has consistently excelled in his duties and is ready to take on additional responsibilities,” said Fred Arena, managing director and principal of Vision Properties, which is based in Tampa, Florida. “He is an excellent addition to our executive team as he has proven his ability as a self-motivated leader with exceptional performance.”
In his new role, Milewski will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s Northeast assets and managing Vision Properties’ New Jersey-based team, according to a news release. In addition, he will look to form relationships with new equity partners, the firm said, noting that it has developed a niche partnering with high-net-worth investors who want to own assets directly with an experienced operator.
“I am very grateful for the trust and confidence Fred and Anthony (Arena) have placed in me,” Milewski said. “I am excited to take on this new challenge and work towards expanding our investment platform in the Northeast and providing exceptional performance for our partners and tenants.”
Vision noted that Milewski graduated from Rutgers with honors and was also a captain of the university’s football team.
