Vita & Vita Realty Corp. has leased 1,000 square feet in Lincoln Park to Sport Clips, securing a new tenant for a shopping center along Route 202.
The developer, which worked alongside brokers with JLL, said The Corner Shoppes property is now fully occupied after the deal with the haircutting chain. The store along Comly Road will be among nearly 1,900 Sport Clips locations in North America and will reflect the prototype corporate design and colors, with six cutting stations, three shampoo stations and multiple TVs playing all variations of sporting matches.
Other tenants at The Corner Shoppes, which Vita built in 2021, include Bubbakoo’s Burritos, Four3, Jersey Mike’s and About Face. The shopping center is among three properties within the immediate area that the firm developed, including Lincoln Park Plaza and Lincoln Square, which are home to tenants such as Ace Home Center, McDonald’s, Dunkin and Hackensack Meridian Urgent Care.
