A prepared foods store has signed a new long-term lease to join a Voorhees shopping center, in a newly completed transaction by Vantage Real Estate Services.
The occupier, Chef Crafted Kitchen, is among the newest tenants at the Cooper Corner Shopping Center at Kresson-Gibbsboro and Cooper roads. Owned by Chef Graham Zanow, the business will offer a shopping experience inspired by the roadside eateries of California’s Napa Valley, with menu items including freshly baked goods, dips and spreads, salads, wraps, soups and entrees.
Vantage RES Adviser Ken Richardson worked closely with the landlord, Raab Family Partnership, and the tenant to complete the lease at the newly renovated shopping center.
