Two tenants have signed renewals at a Wall Township office building, accounting for nearly 4,700 square feet of combined leasing activity by Sheldon Gross Realty.
The larger tenant, DPS Group Inc., occupies 2,388 square feet at 4814 Outlook Drive. Brokers with Sheldon Gross represented ownership in the transaction with the project management and engineering services firm, touting the building’s location at the junction of routes 33, 34 and 9.
Meantime, Tyco Electronics Subsea Communications renewed its 2,269-square-foot lease at the multistory building.
The Sheldon Gross Realty team included Senior Vice President Glenn Jaffe and Sales Representative Matthew Leonelli. They noted that the building provides quick access to the Garden State Parkway and Interstate 195.
