A former gym operator has sold a 35,000-square-foot commercial building in Camden County, under a newly announced deal by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
Brokers with the firm say the space, located at 501 Black Horse Pike in the Blackwood section of Gloucester Township, is one of many local fitness facilities that the seller operated in conjunction with the former Kennedy Health Systems. The buyer, M&J Holdings LLC, is a subsidiary of Vision Solar, which now plans to use the property as its new corporate headquarters for its rapidly growing national solar platform.
WCRE Senior Adviser Mike Scanzano represented the seller, Washington Township Real Estate Associates LLC, while Vice President Ryan Barikian represented the buyer. They announced the deal Friday, touting building’s location along a busy thoroughfare and just off Route 42 and the Atlantic City Expressway.
