An engineering firm is expanding into New Jersey with the completion of a nearly 2,400-square-foot lease in Cherry Hill, under a newly announced transaction by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.

The brokerage firm represented the practice, McHugh Engineering Associates Inc., in the 2,372-square-foot transaction at 1950 Route 70. The new location, which is just east of the New Jersey Turnpike and Interstate 295, marks the first New Jersey location for the 38-year-old, Ambler, Pennsylvania-based consulting engineering group.

WCRE Senior Associate Ryan Barikian represented McHugh in the transaction with SFA 1950 Route 70 LLC.
