A workout camp business is set to open a new location in Burlington County, following a 6,200-square-foot lease completed by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
The real estate services firm represented the landlord, Diamantis Trust LLC, in the lease with Burn Boot Camp at 1390 Route 38 in Hainesport, according to a news release. The business, a full-service high-intensity workout camp, will join a heavily trafficked location alongside tenants such as Diamond Diner and Pep Boys.
WCRE Principal and Vice President Christopher Henderson and Ryan Barikian, senior associate, handled the assignment for the Marlton-based firm. They are now marketing a 30,000-square-foot pad site on the property.
