A fitness studio based in Arizona has picked southern New Jersey for its first East Coast location, under a deal arranged by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
The brokerage firm said recently that Jabz Boxing Fitness for Women has leased 1,980 square feet at 1101 White Horse Road in Voorhees. Owned by Voorhees White Horse LP, the single-story professional building is now fully leased.
WCRE Senior Associate John Mozzillo represented both parties in the deal.
Jabz joins Citizens Bank and Vein & Vascular Institute at the recently renovated property, which is in the heart of the Voorhees Township business district and offers quick access to Haddonfield Berlin Road.
