An accounting firm has renewed its lease at a Camden County office building, where it occupies more than 6,400 square feet.
Brokers with Wolf Commercial Real Estate on Friday announced the renewal by Cupersmith Wilensky Steiger & Co., a tenant at The Kevon Office Center at 2500 McClellan Blvd. in Pennsauken. WCRE Managing Principal Jason Wolf and Principal and Vice President Christopher Henderson represented the landlord, Kevon Office Center L.P., in the 6,410-square-foot transaction.
Located along Route 70, the property provides access to downtown Camden and is minutes from downtown Philadelphia via the Ben Franklin Bridge, WCRE said.
