A food distributor has purchased a 22,000-square-foot flex industrial building in Cinnaminson, under a newly announced transaction by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
In a news release Friday, the brokerage firm said it represented Snacky Ventures LLC in its acquisition of 2 Surrey Lane from Staniel Holding Co. LLC. The building, which sits on nearly two acres, provides the buyer with direct access to routes 130 and 90 and a short ride to the Betsy Ross and Tacony-Palmyra bridges.
Terms were not disclosed. WCRE Managing Principal Jason Wolf completed the assignment, noting that the buyer will relocate its food distribution business to the property.
