Wolf Commercial Real Estate has brokered the sale of a 25,000-square-foot industrial and cold storage building in Salem County.
Phil Costa, a senior adviser with the firm, and Ryan Barikian, a vice president, represented US 4 Realty LLC in its disposition of the property at 541 Harding Highway in Carneys Point. They also represented the buyer, Compass Harding Real Estate LLC, which paid an undisclosed sum for the 3.58-acre property.
With direct access to Interstate 295 and proximity to the New Jersey Turnpike, the space will now be used for the storage and distribution of pet-related products, WCRE said.
