JP Morgan Chase Bank is planning a new branch in Marlton, brokers said, following the lender’s acquisition of a former convenience store and gas station property on Route 70.
Wolf Commercial Real Estate announced Friday that it represented Route 70 Marlton Properties LLC in its sale of 771 Route 70, a 3,000-square-foot property at the intersection of Cropwell Road. According to the brokerage firm, JP Morgan selected the redevelopment site as part of its expansion into the Philadelphia and southern New Jersey region.
WCRE Principal and Vice President Christopher Henderson brokered the transaction.
