The new owner of a retail and office complex in Cherry Hill has appointed Wolf Commercial Real Estate as its leasing agent at the site.
According to the brokerage team, the Short Hills Town Center property spans 40,764 square feet near the township’s border with Voorhees. Construction that will renovate the retail and office property at 480-488 Evesham Road, which was gutted by a 2020 fire, is underway.
“We are excited to be working with WCRE’s leasing team of Eric Flocco and Evan Zweben, and our ownership team is confident that they will be very successful in marketing this premier neighborhood Town Center,” said Harry Rosenblum, a partner with Town Center at Short Hills Cherry Hill I LLC.
In a news release, WCRE said the property sits at a signalized intersection minutes from from routes 70 and 73. Existing tenants include Starbucks and Wells Fargo, the firm said, while the redevelopment plan will allow drivers to make a right-hand turn into the complex from Evesham Road.
