Investors have sold an 8,700-square-foot office building in Cherry Hill after having owned it for a decade, in a newly announced deal by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
The brokerage team represented the seller, Cherry Hill Marlkress LLP, in the transaction at 1155 Marlkress Road, according to a news release. They noted that the three-story building is the former headquarters of Security Resources, touting its accessibility and location just off Route 70 and near an interchange for Interstate 295.
The announcement did not include the buyer’s name. Terms were not disclosed.
“This sale represents a true full-circle moment for Jason and me,” said Evan Zweben, one of the brokers who marketed the property for WCRE, referring to company founder Jason Wolf. “This was one of the first buildings we sold together in 2005. We really appreciated Joe and Bob trusting us to help them finish the ownership cycle with this disposition.”
