A staffing agency has leased nearly 1,400 square feet at the base of a new boutique apartment building in Jersey City, brokers with Cervelli Real Estate & Property Management said.
In a news release, Cervelli said the undisclosed tenant will occupy half of the ground-floor retail space at 168 Martin Luther King Drive, bringing what the brokerage described as essential services to the city’s Greenville section. To that end, it will look to connect local job seekers with employment opportunities while supporting economic growth and workforce development in the area.
The 1,394-square-foot lease comes as part of the lease-up of the project, which has 16 luxury apartments and two-ground floor commercial units.
“We are thrilled to welcome this reputable staffing agency to 168 MLK Drive,” said Chris Cervelli, managing partner of Cervelli Real Estate. “Their presence underscores the property’s value as a hub for businesses that want to make a meaningful impact in the local community. This partnership reflects our commitment to fostering economic vitality while meeting the needs of both property owners and tenants.”
