Wolf Commercial Real Estate, the Marlton-based firm with deep ties to South Jersey and the Philadelphia metro, is expanding northward with a new office in the New York region
The brokerage, advisory and property management company announced the move last week while noting that it was expanding its affiliation with CORFAC International, the commercial real estate network, to include Manhattan and its surrounding boroughs. It has also hired Eric Grad, a veteran broker and native New Yorker, to lead its New York-area office and oversee its growth across the region.
“We are beyond excited to expand into New York,” said Jason Wolf, the firm’s managing principal. “WCRE’s dedication to community engagement, innovative marketing approaches, and unparalleled expertise rooted in our core values of integrity, quality, teamwork and focus will be integral to our success in the New York market.”
The expansion is a major move for WCRE, which was founded in early 20212 with a focus on southern New Jersey and went on to grow its presence in and around Philadelphia. It joined CORFAC International in 2017 and recently added a senior adviser to support its growth in and around Atlantic County.
The firm specializes in office, retail, medical, industrial and investment properties.
“Collaborating with WCRE on their New York expansion exemplifies our shared commitment to excellence,” said Hayim Mizrachi, board president of CORFAC International. “WCRE’s entrepreneurial spirit and steadfast dedication to the community harmonize with CORFAC International’s values. This strategic alliance reinforces our mutual vision of elevating client service standards. I am confident that WCRE’s ability to integrate their renowned expertise and innovation within the New York market, further enriching our global network.”
Grad, for his part, joins the firm with more than 18 years of experience in commercial real estate and will play a key role in spearheading the growth, recruitment and development of WCRE’s New York office. He most recently was a vice president at Colliers, where he closely collaborated with owners on investment sales, refinances and lease referrals nationwide.
Before that, Grad was an investment broker at Marcus & Millichap, according to a news release. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at BNP Paribas, where he participated in several debt issuances, recapitalizations and equity placements.
His past clients have included American Airlines, American Furniture Rentals, Angelo Gordon, Blackstone Group, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Garrison Investment Group and many others.
“It is an honor pairing with WCRE on their expansion into New York,” Grad said. “The firm’s stellar reputation and dynamic approach consistently raises the standard for client service in the Mid-Atlantic region. I am grateful for the opportunity to carry those principles forward.”
