A technology firm has leased more than 15,000 square feet in the Marlton business district, according to brokers with Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
In a news release, the firm said it represented RXSense in the 15,362-square-foot commitment at 10 East Stow Road. The building, owned by Accordia LLC, serves as RXSense’s southern New Jersey headquarters.
WCRE Vice President and Principal Chris Henderson and Brian Propp, director of strategic relationships, handled the assignment. They touted the building’s location in the Marlton business district, with easy access to Route 73, Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
RXSense builds on the technology and expertise of DataRX, an entrepreneurial firm that began providing technology solutions for pharmacy benefit management, WCRE said.
