A freestanding retail building in Camden County has changed hands, following a sale arranged by brokers with Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
The firm on Friday announced the sale of 206-208 Haddon Ave., a 6,200-square-foot building in the Westmont section of Haddon Township. Terms were not disclosed.
WCRE Senior Associate Ryan Barikian represented the seller, 206 Haddon Associates, while Senior Associate and Director of Investment Sales John Mozzillo represented the buyer, DJW Haddon Properties LLC. They touted the property’s central location around award-winning restaurants and the Haddon Avenue retail corridor between Haddonfield and Collingswood.
