Weichert Commercial Brokerage has bolstered its team with four new hires.
The Morris Plains-based firm said Wednesday that it has hired Clayton Brown and Barbara Ismail as senior vice presidents, while Robin Fields and Hugh Prendergast were hired as sales associates. All four bring experience that Weichert says will enhance its platform.
Brown and Ismail were previously with KW Commercial, the commercial real estate arm of Keller Williams Realty, according to a news release. They each have more than 15 years of real estate experience and specialize in the northern New Jersey area.
Fields and Prendergast will join Weichert Commercial Brokerage’s CREST training program, which is mandatory for all newly licensed associates, the news release said. During the program, they will learn firsthand about the various types of commercial property, commercial real estate contracts, new business development, transaction management and other important sales skills to help them launch their career.
“We are pleased to welcome these four real estate professionals to the Weichert Commercial team,” said James Sousa, president of Weichert Commercial Brokerage. “Each brings the impressive professionalism and proficiency required to meet our clients’ needs.”
