Weiss Realty is touting the completion of nearly 8,000 square feet of leasing activity at an Edison commercial center, including two new leases and two extensions.
The firm, the leasing agent for the Colonial Village Shoppes and Office Park, announced that Brooklyn Boys Pizza and Deli and C2 Education have extended their leases for 1,630 and 2,173 square feet, respectively. Both are longtime tenants at the 70,000-square-foot retail and office complex at Route 27 and Parsonage Road.
Meantime, Thrive Behavioral Health has leased 1,330 square feet, while Yajaira Salon & Spa committed to 2,640 square feet.
“When looking at office and retail tenants’ priorities, ownership stability and accessibility continue to be driving factors for prospective tenants, which is why we believe Colonial Village stands out among other properties in this market,” said Jaime M. Weiss, managing member of Colonial Village Associates. “Colonial Village is surrounded by densely populated residential and commercial development, near JFK Medical Center, and offers tenants an ideal location and conveniences such as on-site shopping, restaurants and services they won’t find anywhere else.”
