A private buyer has acquired a Bergen County industrial building for nearly $1.6 million, under a newly announced transaction by Marcus & Millichap.
Brokers say the property, located at 120 Woodland Ave. in Westwood, features 11,900 square feet on about two-thirds of an acre. The building was 75 percent leased at the time of the $1.59 million deal, which Marcus brokered on behalf of both parties.
New Jersey investment specialists Christopher Kallensee and John A. Sala completed the assignment. In a news release, they noted that 120 Woodland features 2,900 square feet of office space, 3,000 square feet of warehouse space and a 5,900-square-foot mechanic shop, adding that the property includes 46 parking spaces, four 12-foot overhead bay doors and nine- to 18-foot ceiling heights.
The site also offers frontage on both Woodland and Bergenline avenues.
