Two tenants have leased a combined 28,000 square feet at a Bayonne industrial building, the William F. Connors Agency announced Monday.
The firms, BSD Wireless and Allegro Salotti, are among the newest tenants at 39 Avenue C, a 50,000-square-foot property. William F. Connors III, the firm’s president, was the sole broker in the transaction.
