Woodmont Properties is set to open the doors to a new 260-unit, luxury residential development in Gloucester County, where it has completed the lease-up of its first phase.
The developer will host an open house on Sept. 22 and 23 at Woodmont Townsquare in Washington Township. Move-ins will begin in mid-October at the complex, which is located at 257 Hurffville-Cross Keys Road.
“We’re thrilled to showcase the magnificent clubhouse and model home at our newest luxury community,” said Lewis Zlotnick, president of Woodmont Properties. “Woodmont Townsquare is perfect for residents seeking luxury living and convenience at a prime location that will be just steps away from a variety of brand-new shops and restaurants.”
The community is part of the new Washington Square Town Center, which will also include 40,000 square feet of medical office space anchored by The Rothman Institute, retail space, a 110-unit assisted living facility and additional residential components. The site is close to major highways such as the Atlantic City Expressway, the New Jersey Turnpike and routes 42 and 55.
The new residential component, Woodmont Townsquare, features one- and two-bedroom apartments with high-end finishes, along with a clubhouse with resident lounge. Other amenities include a strength and cardio center and fitness studio with virtual classes on demand, pet-friendly spaces and a swimming pool and sundeck with barbeque stations.
Woodmont also touted the apartments’ smart home technology, such as an electronic keyless entry system and a guest announcement intercom, which provides seamless convenience and comfort within a modern living environment.
The open house will take place each day from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., featuring specials and lease signing incentives for all who attend.
