Woodmont Properties has started construction at the site of a planned 443-unit, luxury apartment development in West Windsor.
Located at 200 Emmons Drive, the property is just west of Route 1 and surrounded by a host of retailers, restaurants and corporate employers. The developer is planning a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans, along with a host of upscale amenities at what will be known as Woodmont Way.
“We’re incredibly excited to begin construction on what we anticipate will be an amazing addition to the West Windsor neighborhood,” said Stephen Santola, executive vice president and general counsel at Woodmont Properties. “Woodmont Way’s unique combination of community amenities and its proximity to shopping, dining and entertainment make it an ideal future home for today’s modern renter.”
Along with its high-end apartments, Woodmont Way will include amenities such as a clubhouse, resident clubroom with bar, swimming pool, bocce ball court and barbeque terrace with a fire pit. Plans also call for a game room, theater room, golf simulator, strength and cardio center and fitness studio with virtual classes on demand.
Woodmont touted the abundance of outdoor recreation options around the property, including walking, hiking, bike trails and golf courses. The site is also close to stores such as Trader Joe’s, MarketFair Shopping Mall, Whole Foods Market and P.F. Chang’s, while it is less than five minutes from the Princeton Junction train station.
