An industrial user has leased a 154,000-square-foot building at a Prologis-owned campus in Cranbury, in one of two newly announced deals by NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co.
According to the brokerage firm, the property at 3 Security Drive provides Yahee Technologies Corp. with immediate access to Route 130 and the New Jersey Turnpike, allowing it to serve both the New York City and Philadelphia metropolitan markets. The facility within the Prologis Cranbury Business Park also has 32-foot clear ceiling heights and 21 dock doors.
NAIDB Managing Director and Principal Christopher Galiano spearheaded the lease, the firm said. He also arranged a deal at 22-25 Riverside Drive in the Pine Brook section of Montville, where AER Sales LLP will occupy 20,700 square feet less than a mile from Interstate 80 and near multiple major highways.
“New Jersey’s industrial market continues to experience exceptional demand, driven by its strategic location, robust infrastructure and proximity to major metropolitan areas,” Galiano said. “These transactions reflect the ongoing need for high-quality industrial space to support logistics, warehousing and distribution requirements.”
He added: “Our team at NAIDB remains committed to leveraging market insights and strategic expertise to help our clients thrive in this competitive landscape.”
