An investment group has purchased a 30,000-square-foot flex building in Aberdeen, with plans to build a new structure alongside it thanks to an approval secured by the seller.
Brokers with Zimmel Associates, which arranged the deal at 403 County Road, said the existing property has been fully leased for some 20 years and today is home to four tenants. The now-former owner recently obtained approvals to erect an adjacent 4,000-square-foot structure, but opted to move out of state, prompting the sale to an undisclosed buyer.
Zimmel Associates President David Zimmel and Vice President Jordan Zimmel are the longtime leasing team for the property, while Vice President Jaime Zimmel brokered the sale. They noted that a single tenant will occupy the new structure.
