Convenience store chain 7-Eleven has found two new locations in northern New Jersey, leasing a combined 5,200 square feet at sites in Jersey City and Carlstadt.
According to Zoltek Commercial Real Estate Services, which brokered the deals, the 2,700-square-foot Jersey City store will occupy the former site of a US Gas Station at the corner of Central Avenue and Route 139. In Carlstadt, the chain is taking 2,500 square feet at a former Bank of America building at 2637 Paterson Ave.
Urszula Zoltek of Zoltek Commercial Real Estate Services represented both parties in the Jersey City deal. She and Alicja Jakubiec represented both parties in Carlstadt.
