An out-of-state buyer has paid $2.3 million for a 6,000-square-foot retail property in Aberdeen, brokers with Marcus & Millichap announced Wednesday.
The investor, an unnamed LLC, acquired the net-leased property at 1155 Route 34 as part of a 1031 exchange. The site is home to a newly built Mavis Discount Tire location.
Marcus & Millichap Investment Specialist Jason Petrick represented both parties. He noted that the property, which sits at a signalized intersection with a grocery-anchored center, generated offers from national investors.
