A regional landlord has sold a 2,090-square-foot fast food building in Burlington County, according to brokers with Zoltek Realty who arranged the sale.
In a news release, Zoltek Realty said it represented both parties in the transaction at 1637 Route 38 in Lumberton Township. A national fast food operator acquired the property, a former KFC building with a drive-thru and a 24-car parking lot.
Susan Preisler of Zoltek Realty represented the seller, while Urszula Zoltek represented the buyer. They touted the property’s location across the highway from the Lumberton Mall.
