One of Jersey City’s newest high-end apartment buildings is now 85 percent leased after hitting the market only four months ago.
Its developers — BNE Real Estate Group, Hoboken Brownstone Co. and McKinney Properties — on Monday announced the milestone at the 260-unit property known as The Enclave. Located at 675 Monmouth St., the upscale complex has resonated with renters thanks in part to its extensive amenities and its proximity to both Hoboken and the area’s mass transit options.
“Leasing this many residences in such a short period of time is a testament to the overall lifestyle we’re offering at The Enclave,” said Jonathan Schwartz, a partner at BNE Real Estate Group. “Even more impressive, this record-breaking rental velocity was achieved during the traditionally slow summer months. It shows just how strongly both Jersey City locals and newcomers have embraced this hotel-style building and the opportunity to reside in what’s become one of the area’s most complete neighborhoods in terms of location, homes, and amenities.”
The development team and The Marketing Directors launched leasing at The Enclave prior to the summer season, adding to what is a fast-growing section of Jersey City just south of Hoboken. Designed by Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners, the property has apartments ranging from studios to two-bedroom units, with monthly rents starting at $2,515 with a limited-time offer of one month free on a 13-month lease.
The Enclave’s more than 40,000 square feet of amenity space includes a rooftop terrace with a swimming pool, private grilling areas and an outdoor bar and fire pit. Other amenities include entertainment lounges, an arcade and game room, co-working spaces and a fitness center.
“To fully maximize the resident experience, we’re offering 24-hour concierge, Amazon package lockers, pet concierge services through Bark Building, and a Lyft partnership and pick up location,” said Jacqueline Urgo, president of The Marketing Directors.
The building’s developers have also offered free shuttle service to the nearby Hoboken PATH station.
