A dozen tenants have combined to lease more than 23,000 square feet at a Cherry Hill office complex, under a series of newly announced transactions by NAI Mertz.
Brokers with the firm represented Pine Tree Plaza LLC, the landlord at what’s known as Executive Mews, in the leasing at 1930 East Marlton Pike. The deals include a mix of new commitments and renewals across the campus’ 24 one-story buildings, which combine to form a 112,378-square-foot complex along Route 70.
NAI Mertz Senior Vice President Rebecca Ting and Vice President Julie Kronfeld completed the 23,366 square feet in leasing activity.
New tenants include Adler Designs Inc., Tran & Tran Law Firm LLC, Fasta International LLC, Union Building Corp. and Internal Harmony, according to a news release. Existing tenants including Montco Metals and Adelphia Metals Inc., Seabrook House Inc., Charles J Ricciardi D.D.S, Back to Life Wellness and Rehabilitation LLC and Pans Acupuncture and Herbs LLC have inked renewals.
“This office campus satisfies a niche in our market,” Ting said. “We have worked very diligently with the building owner to add to the exciting tenant mix, and to help find the right office space to meet the business needs of these great companies.”
Built in 1980, Executive Mews sits on 10 acres just minutes from Exit 34 of Interstate 295, Route 73 and Exit 4 of the New Jersey Turnpike, NAI Mertz said. The brokers also touted the site’s easy access to Philadelphia.
“Whether you are starting or growing your business, Executive Mews provides a professional environment, as well as the flexibility to meet the changing needs of businesses,” Kronfeld said. “We look forward to bringing more tenants to this prestigious Cherry Hill location, and ultimately bring the campus to 100 percent occupancy.”
