A developer has sold a nearly one-acre parcel in Gloucester County, where plans call for a medical office building that will tap into demand from a new hospital less than a mile away.
Brokers with Wolf Commercial Real Estate represented Richwood Plaza LLC in the sale of the property, which is located at 830 Lambs Road in the Mullica Hill section of Harrison Township. Mullica Holdings LLC acquired the 0.85-acre parcel for an undisclosed price, WCRE said, noting that the site is minutes from Route 55.
Ryan Barikian, senior associate, and Mike Scanzano, associate, completed the assignment for the Marlton-based brokerage firm. In a news release, WCRE said the seller strategically purchased 830 Lambs Road a few years ago in anticipation of local growth associated with Inspira Health Network’s new hospital nearby.
The property is also directly across the street from a busy Wawa, WCRE said.
