The owner of a Camden County office building has tapped NAI Mertz as its leasing agent, touting a location adjacent to rail service and a new $50 million town center development.
The property, Sentry Office Plaza, is a 120,389-square-foot building at 216 Haddon Ave. in Westmont. Brokers Rebecca Ting and Julie Kronfeld highlighted the building’s proximity to Interstate 295 and routes 130, 41 and 70, which provides quick access to Center City Philadelphia via the Ben Franklin Bridge.
“Sentry Office Plaza offers tenants big city convenience at a small-town price,” said Ting, a senior vice president with the Mount Laurel-based real estate services firm.
Sentry Office Plaza is adjacent to the Westmont PATCO station and has abundant parking, an on-site deli and flexible office configurations. The property is within walking distance of a host of retailers, banks and restaurants and is directly across the street from the new Haddon Town Centre project.
“We are pleased to offer this superb location to businesses looking for small suites or larger office spaces,” Kronfeld said.
