A home care provider has leased more than 2,200 square feet of office space in Parsippany, under a transaction arranged by NAI James E. Hanson.
Brokers with the firm represented Peak Realty Enterprises, the landlord at 108 Route 46, in securing the commitment from Care Finders Total Care LLC. The 2,250-square-foot deal follows the tenant’s search for a flexible, well-located and visible new office in Morris County to house its administrative and support teams.
NAI Hanson’s Randy Horning and Darren Lizzack completed the assignment.
“Truly understanding each buildings’ value proposition and crafting tailor-made marketing strategies to attract top tenants is the hallmark of our team’s work throughout northern New Jersey,” Horning said. “This deal once again exemplifies how our team is able to consistently achieve results for a wide variety of clients throughout the market and help them meet their unique business goals.”
In a news release, NAI Hanson said Care Finders Total Care is the largest and fastest-growing provider of in-home personal care services within the Northeast. Its new office provides quick access to interstates 80 and 280, along with proximity to its existing patients throughout Morris County and visibility to help attract new patients.
