A landlord has unveiled a revamped, prebuilt office program in Hazlet, seeking to capture the demand for flexible workspaces in the suburbs.
According to Newmark, the brokerage team at the complex, owner Hi-Tech Properties is marketing the suites across two buildings at 1301 Route 36. Part of the 94,000-square-foot Concord Center complex, the new prebuilt spaces include kitchens with high-end finishes, modern conference rooms and open workstations, with available options ranging from 1,909 to 11,030 square feet of contiguous space.
Newmark Managing Director Adam Silver and Director Rob Loderstedt are the exclusive leasing agents on the property, noting that Concord Center features an upgraded marble and granite lobby, on-site ownership and management and lower-level storage for tenants. Immediate occupancy is available.
“The upgraded prebuilt suites are ready for occupancy and are a perfect fit for companies of various sizes,” Silver said. “During these times many firms are re-evaluating their real estate strategy to include a hub-and-spoke model, and the suites at the Concord Center with the convenient transit options to New York City certainly provide that solution.”
Tenants at the Concord Center have direct access to a large shopping center across the street featuring restaurants and retail options, according to a news release. Located at the intersection of Route 36 and Middle Road, the complex offers ample parking and outdoor courtyard space, while sitting directly across from an Academy Bus terminal that provides transportation to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan.
The site is also a half-mile from Exit 117 of the Garden State Parkway, a mile from NJ Transit rail service and five miles from Seastreak and NY Waterway ferry service to Manhattan.
