A Jamaican restaurant is joining the tenant roster at a Camden County shopping center, brokers with Vantage Commercial announced Friday.
The business, Irie Mon Jamaican Restaurant and Take-out, is taking an undisclosed amount of space at 507 Black Horse Pike in Haddon Heights. Its new storefront will provide it with a location along a busy thoroughfare, with easy access to and from Interstate 295 and routes 76 and 30, as it becomes the fourth restaurant at what’s known as Plaza 500.
The eatery joins tenants such as Klassy Nails, Always Available Locksmith and Cutting Room Hair Care, according to Vantage Commercial.
Monica Walsh, director of client services, and Mike Gries, a sales associate with the brokerage firm, worked closely with ownership and the tenant to complete the transaction.
“Looking ahead, I am ecstatic to open Irie Mon Jamaican Restaurant and Take-out and bring a fresh new option — the flavorful and authentic taste of Jamaica and the Caribbean to the people of Haddon Heights and the surrounding towns,” said Winsome Douglas, owner of Irie Mon Jamaican Restaurant and Take-out.
