PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
EWMA was retained to support a 40-acre redevelopment project for expanded warehousing use at a site located in Northern NJ. Our engineers integrated and worked closely with the site development team and designed and managed the installation of a vapor mitigation system during the renovations of the existing warehouse/office building on site. Prior to construction, EWMA conducted a pilot test to evaluate sub-slab soil conditions, and used the test data to design an active system to mitigate potentially harmful vapors from entering the building. The system is equipped with a cloud-based monitoring system that allows us to manage and access the system remotely and it is also capable of sending alerts and alarm notifications to mobile devices, offering our clients an advantage in management of the vapor mitigation system. This is an example of one of many successful projects in which EWMA provided a turn-key innovative approach to our Clients and were able to exceed both their budgetary and project expectations.
