A credit services firm is joining the roster at an Elmwood Park office building, where it will lease nearly 3,700 square feet under a deal with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.
According to the landlord, the new location for OneMain Financial will be among some 1,400 nationwide. The company is taking 3,698 square feet at what’s known as Elmwood Park Plaza, a 68,000-square-foot property near Interstate 80, Route 46 and the Garden State Parkway at 475 Market St.
“This deal captures the sustained demand from tenants across a wide range of industries for professionally managed office spaces that provide unmatched accessibility for tenants,” said Stephen Jennings, vice president of leasing and marketing at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. “OneMain Financial is a welcome addition to a diverse roster of tenants at Elmwood Park Plaza, and we look forward to building upon our relationship in the years to come.”
Jennings and CBRE’s Nicole Nannola represented the landlord and tenant in the transaction, respectively, with Richard Kahn of Winne Banta Basralian & Kahn providing legal counsel.
In a news release, Sanzari noted that Elmwood Park Plaza is accessible via public transportation and within walking distance of multiple retail and dining options. The building, meantime, has approved zoning for both office and medical uses.
