A local investor has sold a nearly 8,000-square-foot industrial building in West New York, in a deal arranged by Zoltek Commercial Real Estate Services.
In a news release, the brokerage firm said it represented both parties in the trade of 5909 Park Ave., which it described as a value-add property in the town’s central business district. Currently used as a parking garage, the 7,950-square-foot masonry warehouse is surrounded by multiple apartment buildings, including both low-rises and residential towers.
Urszula Zoltek completed the assignment, noting that West New York has a population density of more than 52,800 people per square mile.
