A new 7 Brew Coffee shop is on track to replace a former bank branch in Winslow Township as part of a newly announced project by Doren Development.
The firm said last week that it received municipal approval to construct the drive-thru-only building at 528 Berlin-Cross Keys Road. It’s now awaiting county approval, which it expects to receive within two to three months, before demolishing the former Fulton Bank property at the Chews Landing Road intersection.
The project, which calls for a prefabricated 510-square-foot building with a 260-square-foot cooler and eight parking spaces, would revitalize the 0.9-acre site after the bank closed last year. The developer noted that some 30,000 vehicles pass the site each day.
“Doren Development is proud to partner with 7 Brew Coffee, a brand that’s redefining the drive-thru coffee experience,” said Rick Doren Jr., the firm’s managing partner and president of operations. “Their commitment to speed, quality and positive customer interaction aligns perfectly with our mission to deliver high-impact, community-focused developments. We’re excited to grow together and bring the 7 Brew experience to new markets.”
