The owner of a more than 129,000-square-foot office building in West Orange has tapped Newmark Associates CRE as its leasing team, the real estate services firm announced last week.
The property, 300 Executive Drive, changed hands recently in a $17 million deal announced earlier this month. Ownership is now working alongside Newmark’s Nancy Stanton-Tuckman and Jeannette Melillo to lure additional tenants to the building, leveraging a prominent location along Interstate 280 and planned upgrades to the 129,298-square-foot asset.

Stanton-Tuckman and Melillo, a vice president, will oversee marketing, leasing strategy and tenant relations for the property. They noted that it’s already home to a diverse roster of professional tenants across industries such as health care, financial services and business consulting, representing a mix of regional firms and established service providers.
